Demystifying Social Media

Bonfire weekend 2010 and the annual BAPC conference saw us presenting to the great and good of the print industry on, our favourite hot topic, Social Media.
And we were in great company. Jeff Hayzlett, the “Celebrity CMO”, kept everyone entertained with his views on Kodak, printing and the business world in general whilst I, along with the lovely Madlen Nicolaus from Kodak, tried to persuade the printers in the audience that they should be embracing the new social media channels.
